Headed by the Chef Takahiro Fukunaga who’s just returned to Asia after a few decades of serving modest Japanese cuisine in Asia and Europe.Uomasa’s signature is its exclusive unique blend of three distinctive traditional Japanese culinary styles: Sashimi, Robatayaki and Izayaki, with its own speciality food preparation counter. Another spectculator eyeview is our live seafood tank where the freshest ingredients are displayed.
Diners have the option to have their meals at the sushi counters observe the live preparation of the meal, or simply sit down and relax at our al-fresco dining area to enjoy a pleasant cocktail well prepared by our bartender.
